Winery de Sas
„From love for nature and passion for life”
Winery de Sas was founded in 2006 by Anna Zuber & Kaukaz (Leszek Budzynski).
Their 3-hectare winery is located in the picturesque village of Czeszyce in the Barycz Valley Landscape Park in Lower Silesia.
They grow 7 grape varieties: Gewurtztraminer, Riesling, Solaris, Regent, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder. The names of our wines come from the Latin names of birds.
In the production process, they follow two rules: Hands off and Let your wine be free. We currently use 4 methods of vinification. Their specialty is Quevri and Amphora wines.
They love music and have always wanted to create a place where wine, music, and singing will play a leading role. Their passion for wine and music has resulted in the creation of the De SAS MUSIC FESTIVAL. As part of this project, they organize concerts in Winnica De Sas - they invite amazing and wonderful musicians from all over the world.
