It ripens beautifully and, in addition to its high sugar content, its fruit retains more acidity. It makes wines that are full-bodied and filling, but also refreshing and very intense.

Solaris from the Turnau Vineyard is an already iconic wine, maintained in a pleasant dryness for the senses. The harmony here is built up by a pronounced acidity along with a touch of residual sugar.

The aromatics reach tropical accents of orange and melon. A pear note completes the composition.

Noble Harvest

  • Noble Harvest is created thanks to specific conditions in the vineyard.

Solaris grapes, thanks to the morning mists and warm autumn days, are covered with a noble rot. It invades the skin of the grapes, depriving them of some of their water. This makes the fruit more concentrated in sugars and organic acids.

The wine ferments to a low alcohol level, and most of the sugar is left in the form of natural sweetness. Acidity balances this sweetness, making Noble Harvest a pleasant drinking experience and a great companion to food.

Aromas of acacia honey and peach syrup, which is consistently noticeable in the mouth. There is also a taste of sweet pear and a hint of tangerine. The acidity keeps the sugar in check with a citrus aftertaste and gives the wine a lightness.
